It can also record standard and high definition programmes, deliver and record audio description and has series link and accurate recording time features. Power consumption was very low if the "eco" mode was selected. Versatile and generally easy to use with a well delineated remote control, intuitive on-screen menu navigation and straightforward recording and playback. With an expected Spring launch in the UK, a brand new digital satellite TV service offering free HD TV programming at no extra cost comes from the BBC and ITV in the form of FREESAT. This service has NO monthly subscription, only a one-off payment for the FREESAT digital box, a satellite dish and installation.
